We launched TechRice a little over one year ago with a mission to write sharp analysis of China’s internet. 215 posts and 730 comments later, and I think TechRice has carved out a nice niche for itself. Here’s what we’ve done to-date and what we hope to do this year.
China’s internet does not receive as much coverage as it deserves, particularly in English. Here is a list of top news sources, in English and Chinese, which our team reads to stay sharp.
Note: all positions are unpaid; see business plan (or lack thereof). Of course all positions therefore also require only a few hours of work per week!
