Beijing-based Startup incubator Innovation Works has launched a free video platform for the Chinese startup community. Videos are primarily in Chinese, with a few English ones too though:

Innovation Works Shares Its Mentoring Sessions with The Community
Founded by Dr. Kai-Fu Lee in September 2009, Innovation Works (IW) is an incubator focusing on building tech start-ups, coaching young entrepreneurs, and providing complete services to help these start-ups accelerate their growth. IW invests in top Chinese teams in mobile internet, consumer internet, e-commerce, and cloud computing.
IW regularly invites senior professionals and experienced entrepreneurs in the industry to speak to young entrepreneurs in various mentoring sessions. Since November 2009, IW has successfully hosted over 70 such mentoring sessions at its premises, having star mentors like Jerry Yang (ex Yahoo CEO), Charles and Kai Huang (Guitar Hero Founders), Chung-man Tam (Ex Director of Product Development at AdMob), Wang Wei (Tudou Founder / CEO) , Yu Yongfu (UCWeb CEO), Dave McClure (Silicon Valley based super-angel) and so on.
IW has recently launched the new version of its video platform, which shares the content (video + PPT) from the majority of these great mentoring sessions. This is an invaluable educational asset for the technology entrepreneurs in China and beyond.
